A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before or on the day of the photography session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Image Delivery

Edited photographs will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session via digital gallery. High-resolution images are included in all packages unless otherwise specified.

4. Copyright and Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Perspective Integrity Photography. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect the photography session.
